Arroyo has postponed her visit to Saudi Arabia to give both countries more time to hammer out agreements on energy security, the Department of Foreign Affairs said yesterday.
The trip was originally set for Sept. 10 to 11, just before the President flies to New York to preside over a meeting of the UN Security Council and to attend a summit of world leaders that will coincide with the 60th founding anniversary of the United Nations. [read 1, 2]
