Merry Christmas
My first Christmas overseas. Winter serves as reminder of the season. 6 deg celcius cold, foggy but no sign of snow. It's near Bethlehem but no 'belen' . Christmas spirit is inside one's heart , to remember Someone's birthday .

Agedan rin ng tulong ang ibang chapter para metulos ang pagparehistro at maging lehitimo ang mga aktibidades. Tinarget ang Marso na deadline.

7. Maggamet ng Kalendaryo ng mga gamiten sa sataon, kabilang ang morey sa Dammam.
8. Mag-isip ng proyekto sa Casiguran na makapangated ng hanapbuhay para di na umibut ang kabataan. Pag-isipan rin ang benepisyo para mapaligaya ang babakes ati lalakay.
9. Isole ang buong buked ng Ermita sa Casiguranin.
10. Umule kung may pagkakataon sa ika-400 daang taong pyesta ng Casiguran.
11. Paggoronan kung anung proyekto ang magamet, halimbawa ay library o vocational training center.

Little Barrio Site
In a barren desert, a tree is a luxury. It costs more here to nurture one tree while we take it for granted in Casiguran. You can find reverence and wanting for nature in an attempt to maintain fountains and well manicured trees in Riyadh. Casiguranins have found their own barrio site in Roma. Housings are secured by the shade of small trees. There is a canal that resembles a swamp. Casiguranins here have found a place to picnic and to morey. Bicol-Casiguranins are admirable for their love of Casiguran. It is our barrio site.

2. seek help and coordination of credible NGOs and environmental groups already operating in Casiguran.
3. public funds are necessary to implement programs for Casiguran development.
4. give tribute to unsung Casiguranin heroes who are models of selfless and genuine public service. Solicit nominations for the awards.
5. Senan to coordinate shipping of ukay-ukay to be distributed to areas hit by typhoon.

1. CDC should be properlly registered and incorporated in the Philippines and possibly in International chapters.
2. encourage Casiguranins who now resides in different places to consider coming back to contribute in any way, like public service, for the development of Casiguran.
3. encourage young graduates or those who are in College to propose thesis that will contribute to the betterment of Casiguran. Winning thesis may be sponsored financially by CDC.
4. acknowledge new college graduates.
5. CDC members shall temporarily waive their membership to CDC once elected or appointed in public office to preserve non-partisanship.
