1. There should be satellite and cable services to Casiguran.
2. Secure a place in Riyadh or Dammam to hold first morey.
3. Elect officers.
4. Meeting with Casiguranins in Naseem.
5. There are many Casiguranins willing to help for the development of Casiguran.
