Minutes:

1. running for and holding a public office is not a prerequisite for helpinh towards Casiguran development.

2. conduct youth training programs (livelihood skills).

3. offer sustainable development programs that uplifts living conditions not just pallative dole-outs in times of emergencies.

4. do not depend completely on traditional politicians.

5. study the projects of putting-up a library, computer center, or small clinic.

6. CDC-Middle East to initiate fund-raising and encourage other expatriates to help.
7. document Casiguranin literature and oral traditions.

8. hold morey in Casiguran on the 400-years town anniversary.

9. Casiguranin OFWs has a unique opportunity to unite towards a common vision for Casiguran while assigned in the same country for the same period.
